Copyediting
As our core service, we will copyedit submissions
for grammar, syntax, spelling, translations, cross-referencing,
and usage; avoidance of prejudice; proper style and
formatting of lists, tables, and references; and consistency,
conciseness, specificity, coherency, fluency, and
organization of text. In addition, we will review
electronic submissions for functionality, ease of
use, avoidance of excess, and coordination with the
text of all hyperlinks, tools, and media.
We work with a wide variety of file formats - Even
if your work is “ready for the printer,” we
can handle all content, whether it is “in layout”
or in raw form. So before you shoot your work files off

Our editing style - We
are able to work according to any editing style you prefer,
including Chicago, AP, or any in-house style you prefer.
We default to Chicago style if you don't designate a particular style.
